Singer George Michael dies aged 53…

 Ex- Wham Singer George Michael has sadly passed away aged 53. RIP to a true legend. According to reports, he died ‘peacefully at home” it is believed he died of heart failure. Georgios Kyriacos Panayiotou popularly known George Michael’s publicist announced the sad the news around  11pm today December 25, 2016.  “It is with great sadness that we can confirm our beloved son, brother and friend George passed away peacefully at home over the Christmas period.” The former Wham star will be missed! he was a big fun of charities, he raised lots of funds for AIDS charities and was against wars  especially the Iraq war....

The Ministry of the Interior Ghana, Mr Prosper Bani has declared Tuesday,  27th December 2016 and Monday, 2nd January 2017 as public holidays in Ghana. Burkina Faso: Remembering The Great Thomas Isidore Sankara

Today in History: Former President of Burkina Faso Thomas Sankara was assassinated in a coup d’état along with 12 aides on Oct 15,1987 in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso in a coup d’états.
