Hollywood actor George Clooney has married his fiance Amal Alamuddin in a secret ceremony in Venice.
The couple wed in a private ceremony with a handful of close friends.
They were reportedly due to marry on Monday but tonight the star’s agent said they had tied the knot.
His spokesman Stan Rosenfield said: “George Clooney and Amal Alamuddin were married today (September 27) in a private ceremony in Venice, Italy.”
His wife, 36, has taken part in human rights work including representing WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange.
Clooney, 53, has owned a home in northern Italy for years….
