According to Sky News, Nick Gordon failed to appear in court on Friday, a Fulton County, Georgia  judge therefore ruled that he is “legally responsible” for the death of Bobbi Kristina Brown.

The wrongful death civil lawsuit against Nick Gordon was filed by Bobbi Kristina’s estate a month after she passed away last year.

David Ware lawyer for the Brown family made this statement  QUOTE “In court today, we finally finished a long journey for justice for Bobbi Kristina Brown,”. “The court agrees with us, by striking Mr. Gordon’s answer that he is legally responsible for her death. The only thing left to prove is the value of her life. We intend to do that…’

He also added that, even though It’s not a criminal case they want to legally establish that Nick Gordon was responsible for Bobbi Kristina’s injuries that led to her death. Rest in peace Bobbi Kristina! Gone way too soon.

Bobbi Kristina’s aunt, Leolah Brown, also said “They should have been gotten him. He should have been arrested. I’m angry. I’m angry because I want to see some justice. Something has to happen and it has to happen soon,”

This is a very sad case, amidst rumours of  Bobbi Kristina’s parents alleged drug use, she allegedly also started using some of the drugs. Unfortunately she found love in the ‘wrong and hopeless place’. To think her amazing bright future has been cut abruptly is so heartbreaking!
