In a statement, Nicola Mendelsohn, Facebook’s vice president for EMEA said ‘It is with great excitement to share that today we opened our first sales office in Africa. We have also brought on a force of nature to lead our team in Africa, Nunu Ntshingila, our new Head of Africa. Nunu is incredibly passionate about the role of technology to foster greater social inclusion for the development of the African continent.
