We have a fantastic opportunity that has surfaced for a Care Coordinator position.
Main Functions of the Position: Overall responsibility for the effective management and supervision of Care workers and supporting the Branch Manager to ensure the branch is providing an excellent provision of service to our customers, clients and colleagues on a daily basis.
Must have good local knowledge of:
• London Borough of Brent
• The City of London Borough
• London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham
• The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea
• Westminster City Council
• Must have very good computer skills.
• Experience in administration, planning and organisational skills.
• Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain and establish good working relationships, with customers, colleagues, care workers and other healthcare professionals.
• Logical thought processes, even tempered and patient.
