Okawa Shaznay…is a Cameroonian born Nollywood Actress who currently resides in Lagos,Nigeria.
Shaznay attended secondary and high school at the Presbyterian Secondary School Mankon in the North West region of Cameroon. Okawa developed interests in performing arts at an early age and was taking part in stage plays and small film projects in her home country Cameroon. Her decision to become an actress was hugely influences by Nigerian /Nollywood movies on every screen in the 90’s which she grew to love and admire. At that time Okawa was strongly influenced to pursue an acting career in Nollywood after watching classic 90s Nigerian soaps like “After the Storm” and “When the Sun Sets” and movies like “Glamour Girls”, “Scores to Settle” , “Living in Bondage” and many more….
