Royal Baby News: Harry and Meghan Markle Welcome Baby Lilibet Diana Mountbatten
Congratulations are in order! Prince Harry and wife, Meghan Markle has welcomed their newborn child. The good news comes three months after the couple disclosed the gender in an interview with Oprah Winfrey.
The royal couple made it known to the world today on their website, they expressed their joy of giving birth to their second child and a daughter making a complete family of four!
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have welcomed a baby girl, Lilibet ‘Lili’ Diana Mountbatten-Windsor, born on Friday June 4 and weighed 7 lbs 11 oz.
This is the couple’s second child, They already have a 2 year old son, Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor.
It was revealed to the public that the initial name of their daughter, “Lli” was named after Her Royal Majesty, the Queen of England who is affectionately called “Lilibet” by her family members. Her second name, Diana was also given to her in honour of the late Princess Diana, her grandmother.
Both Meghan Markle and Lilibet Diana are doing well. To God Be The Glory! This is the first daughter and second child for both Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
Also, they expressed their gratitude for the numerous congratulatory messages and love showed to them in this joyous moment in their life by their family and loved ones.
