Akufo Addo Urges British Airways To Improve Quality Of Service

BA’s customer service: Ghanaian President Akufo-Addo, has expressed his dissatisfaction with the standard of services provided by British Airways to Ghana… (Ghana-London Flights)

During a meeting with Mr. Paolo De Renzis, British Airways’ head of Middle East, Africa and Central Asia the President urged him that

 “people complain about the movement (Ghana-London) from Terminal 5 to Terminal 3 at Heathrow. Terminal 3 is not so convenient place as Terminal Five. There are also complaints about the quality of the planes and the service. In some quarters, there is a feeling that you are taking us a little for granted in the way in which we are receiving your services.”

President Akufo-Addo added that

‘When friends are speaking, I think we should speak frankly. I think I am the proper person to let you know what the pre-occupations of our people are. These are matters that will be easy for you to rectify.’

It wasn’t all negative news for British Airways, the president praised them for its long standing relationship with Ghana and congratulated them for ’80 years of service is worth celebrating’

BA’s head of Middle East, Africa and Central Asia,  thanked the President for his feedback and expressed his appreciation also emphasizing   ‘the long-standing relationship with the Ghana.

The good news for Ghanaian travellers is that Mr. De Renzis, promised  that British Airways ”will work very hard to improve the products and services to Ghana.”
