As the year 2019 is coming to an end, it is essential to make an overall analysis of the year. There were happy moments here and there, but war, conflicts and death were quick to catch up.
2019 was also a year of many unexpected young celebrity deaths. Here is a list of some them that we still can’t believe is true.

The 21 year old rapper, who rose to fame in Lucid Dreams had a seizure at an airport in Chicago. The event occurred on December 8. The cause of the death is still being investigated.
GEORGE ATKINSON III
The NFL running back died on December 2. His brother Josh Atkinson committed suicide in December 2018. The cause of the death is yet to be announced. He was only 27 years old.

CHARLES ROGERS
The American professional football player of NFL was famous for his performance in the Detroit Lions. He was diagnosed with cancer a while ago. The chemo drugs caused liver failure, so he passed away on November 11 at the age of 38.
PERNELL WHITAKER
The legendary boxer nicknamed “Sweet Pea” was hit by a car on July 14 in Virginia Beach. He passed away at the location of the accident. He was 55 years old.
JOHN SINGLETON
The director famously known for The Boyz n the Hood suffered a stroke on April 29, which put him in a comatose state for two weeks. He passed away at the age of 51 at Cedars-Sinai Hospital.
SONI METHU
The34 year old Kenyan journalist was famous for hosting Inside Africa at CNN. On April 17, she started complaining about stomach cramps before she suffered from a seizure.
She passed away on the way to the hospital. The cause of her death has not been determined yet.
