Oral Ofori of the founder of TheAfricanDream.net, recently had an interview with Ghanaian born Dr. Thomas Owusu Mensah, the Fiber Optics, Nanotechnology Expert.

The interview took place in Accra, Ghana in May, the Year Of Return 2019, is about Dr. Mensah’s hopes to see Ghana own a High-Speed Rail System to restructure and develop Ghana and also fast track infrastructural development.
