Evelyne Marie Chantal Serele-Zoua
Mrs  Evelyne Yapo is a  true product of  Ecole Nationale d’Administration, Mrs Evelyne Yapo Marie-Chantal born Serele-Zoua made her first steps in the Ivorian civil service as a director of financial services, head of the Abidjan section, the 1993 General Tax Directorate in 1996. She was appointed Director of the School of Financial and Economic Management (EGEF) ENA in September 1997, where she served for 13 years.
Regarding the persistent rumor that ensures to enter the ENA, you must “pay”, this is what she intends to take to change that, “I do not know if you pay to get in here, but I can make sure this will not be possible with me. We want to reconcile the ENA with the Ivorian population. Ivorians must find the confidence they had put in their national school of administration, and that is what we will work. “
When asked what inspires her , she replied: “It is a great pride, because I think that my appointment is symbolic. First of all, I’m the first technocrat to head the ENA and then because I’m a woman … it’s a symbol. ” (Interview by Ghislaine Atta)
