Moesha Buduong was born on March 10, 1990 in Kumasi, Ghana. She began her Basic Education in Kumasi at the Nhyiaeso Basic School and completed Accra Girls’ Senior High School at her secondary level.

She continued with her Tertiary Education at the University of Ghana, Legon where she obtained a Diploma in Theatre, Music and Dance. As an actress, Moesha can boast of multiple Ghanaian movies and TV series like, “Pool Party”, “Amakye and Dede” and “Bloodline”.
Moesha also works with Viasat 1as the host of a popular television program known as HP.
She has carried out several charitable works under her charity foundation, the Moesha Foundation in her hometown, Tamale situated in the Northern part of Ghana by assisting students with learning materials, school uniforms and bags.
