Yvonne Nelson shot to fame after a big-screen role in Princess Tyra and Playboy. Yvonne has since become a household name in the whole of Africa and overseas.
She has starred in hundreds of Ghanaian and Nigerian movies…Yvonne owns YN Productions and has produced a record breaking African movie, ‘Single & Married, her movie Heels & Sneakers is also a hit!.
As part of given back to the community, Yvonne launched the Yvonne Nelson Glaucoma Foundation in 2010 to educate the public on the harmful effects of the eye ailment.
She owns businesses in Accra, Ghana, she launched YN Hairline that introduced lace wigs and human hair collections into Ghana’s market, she also has a fashion shop called YN’s closet… She led the ‘Dumsor Must Stop’ peaceful vigil in 2015….
