Kenya Mourns Victims Of Garissa University Attack

Our Thoughts and Prayers Go Out To the Victims and Families. Kenya is holding three days of mourning for the 147/8 victims of an attack on students of Garissa in the early hours of Thursday morning… Incredibly sad news

Alshabab Man in Garissa Attack was a Lawyer & son of a Kenyan Chief.

According to repots One of the four  militants who stormed Garissa university college killing the students has allegedly been identified as Abdirahim Mohamed Abdullahi the son of a Kenya Government administrative  Chief in Mandera. It is believed that  Abdirahim is a university of Nairobi Law graduate and is described by a those who know him as humble and quiet so they really shocked he had committed such horrific act! In the wake of the attack, Kenya National Union of Teachers (Knut) asked for immediate closure of the institutions in North Eastern region.

“We would like to advise that because of the trauma and effects from this attack on the people of Kenya and particularly the affected families, the government should immediately close down the Garissa University College,” said Knut secretary general Wilson Sossion…..
