KKD and rape victim captured on CCTV cameras at African Regent Hotel

Renowned broadcaster, Kwesi Kyei Darkwa (KKD) was remanded police custody again till January 13, 2015 by an Accra Magistrate court.
KKD’s lawyers went to the Human Rights court to seek bail explaining that “We are seeking for the bail from the Human Rights court because the District court can’t grant our client bail.”
KKD has allegedly been charged with rape but he has denied the allegations, maintaining that he had “consensual sex” with the alleged rape victim.
