The Minister of Tourism, Arts & Culture, Hon Barbara Oteng Gyasi honoured Sarkodie for his great works and and continuously putting Ghana on the world map.

Sarkodie began his ambassadorial role before receiving his Citation. It will be recalled that, when he won the Best International Flow act at the 2019 BET Hip Hop Awards. He used the platform to invite the whole world to Ghana for ‘The Year Of Return’
